To angry or not to angry

If you face a problem that you find hard to get over, just smile and don't get angry cause it will affect your health.

When I was in secondary school, I've ever read a book written by Dale Carnegie, a famous speaker and writer of motivational books. The title of the book is "How to stop worrying and start living". He said that for the sake of our health, let's not get angry.

It's not easy not to be angry, but try considering this. For example: one day, somebody says you are stupid. How do you react?

If somebody says that you are stupid, you should think whether he is saying the truth or not. If it's true, let him be because he's telling that you need to study hard or learn more.

If somebody says that you are stupid, but you don't think so, why do you need to bother about it? You aren't stupid, are you?

Life is short, don't play with your health. Cherish it.
