Well, this is probably a matter job delayed by laziness or probably caused by unfocused mind. If you put your hand on many jobs, thinking that doing them together will get them finished sooner, I think you are wrong. You need to focus your mind on the job you are currently handling. Perhaps, in the process of doing it, you'll need to reject other unimportant task that you probably feel like to do just because you think you might enjoy it. Most people like entertainment and always do those things they feel enjoyable and thus neglecting those jobs on hands which are in progress.
Start your day with a pointed focus mind and give yourself some time to do it patiently. More haste also lose speed. But scattered mind will get those jobs always undone. Keep this in mind.
