Benefits of green tea

Green tea is my favorite drink. When I feel very tired and want to have something to drink, I will pick up green tea. I found it's useful for refreshing, but never found that it contains caffeine. According to the information given in the site, green tea is not suitable for every people since it contains caffeine. Three or four cups of green tea is approximately equal to a cup of coffee. Those who are not suitable for drinking coffee, should also avoid drinking green tea.

Also, those who suffer from heart or kidney problems, stomach ulcers or anxiety should avoid green tea. So are pregnant and breastfeeding women. Perhaps it also means that pregnant and breastfeeding women should also avoid coffee that contains more caffeine.
